I had a great time at the show last night. The Edwin Williams Experience was great as were all the other performers including the great Theresa Hightower!

86-year old Nannie was our docent. She started 19 years ago as the housekeeper, and she clearly loves the house and the author of the Uncle Remus stories. She told us all about Joel Chandler Harris, his early life, his family life, and his writings. She knows every nook and cranny of the house as well as every piece of furniture, decoration, and object. We really learned a lot about this author and his life. The house is lovely, and contains many original pieces from the Harris family.

Business response:

We're so glad you enjoyed your visit with our Miss Nannie!

I thought it was really great I didn't know that there would be so much entertainment, so I thought I was getting 4 drink tickets between two tickets but got entertainment instead which I liked better anyway.

My family and I experienced the same extreme rudeness. I was yelled at and told how much 'something' would cost. When I asked what would I be paying for the lady told me she was too busy to talk to me. I called to speak to program director and was told there was nothing she could do and then she hung up the phone abruptly. - Who are the Board of Director's and The Funders - We must let them know so they can re-staff entirely because they are misrepresenting Mr. Chandler and Atlanta Georgia - It is absolutely awful!
