HistoryEstablished in 2009In 2006 we started catering under the name Black Tie to Barbeque. After a few years the need for a larger kitchen arose and the idea of the Goose was born. While being a little off the beaten path (just 2.7 off US 35!) we remodeled the perfect site for our catering and restaurant kitchen, a dining room to seat 60 and plenty of storage for catering equipment.
