Although I do not trust this hospital I was very happy to see Dr Gens a ret local surgeon the staff have been great too. I have a 3rd° full thickness burn w/ sm area that might be worse. They have been wonderful in making sure that I AM OK!
The doors were locked when I showed up for my appointment, eventually about 20 minutes after it was supposed to start they door opened. I was then told my doctor decided to bike to work and would arrive late but nobody knew when. About a half hour later (45 minutes after my actual appointment time) I got into the medical room because the doctor showed up. My wound was sprayed and debrided, a process that took about 20 minutes. I was then sent a bill for $500. I stopped showing up. In case I didn't mention it, it was $500.
