Wonderful experience all the way around. They helped heal my Dad’s knee in just 9 weeks! Dr Pham & his staff guided me how to assist at home, & all involved were amazed at how quickly such a deep wound in such a compromised spot turned around. Grateful for all involved, Dr Pham, Lori, Shawnee, Yvette, Robin, Daisy, & Evelyn. Thank you for the genuine & above & beyond care.
I just finished doing 60 sessions today. Glenda was my technician and I can't say enough about my experience under her supervision. She made me feel very comfortable and was always there with a smile. I have disabilities and cannot dress myself. She was willing to help my aid, which was not part of her job. Dr. Scott was also a wonderful to work with. I needed assistance to get on the table and he was there to help each time. Evelyn at the front desk was also very helpful. This is why I am giving a five star review.
I went for a total of 3 visits. Every time I was promptly seen at my wait time. In the exam room I was immediately seen by the nurse and a few minutes later by the doctor. Every person from the front desk help through to the doctor were friendly, courteous and listened to me. Full explanations were given concerning my treatment as well as homecare and follow-up care. I highly recommend this facility.
The staff are quite knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. Went with wound dehisence and they made it seemed as easy as ABC, I viisited the clinic once weekly they took care of my wound and i healed in a few weeks. They handled all insurance and even sourced inhome care for me for the days when I didnt go in to the clinic.
Amazing team skilled at healing wounds! 5 star experience!
