I would to thank the staff at Wound Care on a great job and how professional, knowledgeable and work well together. The front desk did and outstanding job handling all my paperwork. The nurses in there expertise in handling my wound,and the doctor for treating my wound. I just can't say enough. This Wound center Gets All Five Stars. it’s really heartbreaking how I felt discriminated by one phone call to this office. The lady who picked up the phone and introduced herself as Kira was completely disrespectful and impolite. I remained gentle and respectful during our interaction, but please be aware if you are HISPANIC & she is the one that answers the phone, she will make it KNOWN you have an accent and will continually tell you to speak correctly. Does anyone know how long it takes to verify insurance? I left a message 8 AM this morning to try to make an appointment. Nobody returned my call called around 12 o’clock gave my information. They said they would let me know when they verified my insurance called back a couple hours later, but they haven’t gotten around to it girl that answers the phone is very rude. Trying to look for another doctor. They say they might verify it tomorrow
I gave it 2 stars because the Doctor is amazing but no one returns your calls. My mother in law needed home health and not one person call me to schedule this. She was in the office 4-3-25 and I'm, ok the weekend is coming so let me wait and see, today is Wednesday and I only received a phone call to confirm her appointment for tomorrow, I told the girl exactly this words oh I thought it was someone calling me in regards to her wound care at home, all she said was oh ok have a good day.
