Poor customer service. I bought 2 fish and 1 died. Did not act healthy from the start. Will not get a refund since I live out of town and could not make the return before their 24 hours. And of course they insist there is a problem with my tank and water, even though my fish and the new addition that did not die are all doing well. Save your money for other fish stores people, even petco has better customer service and guarantees.
Just picked up some Electric blue rams and they are awesome...been going here for a while to get my brine shrimp and occasional supplies but the Rams were my first fish purchase and I couldn't be happier
Wanted to buy my wife a marine tank for Christmas and was lucky enough to be helped by Josh. We were both newbies and nervous since we had heard how hard it was. Josh has helped us at every turn, steering us through a complex process with gentle expert information and guidance. We absolutely love our aquarium and we love this shop!
The best!! We just started a new fish family. We were worried about the water. We took in water to The World if Wet Pets, they were awesome! Tested water helped us with treatment, gave us advice!! So wonderful! Will be our all things wet place to go! Thank you!! Our fishes are so much happier!
Every fish I've bought here has been healthy and happy. They really care about the fish and take great care of them! Definitely my go to place!
Joshua was amazing, he was super helpful giving us tons of advice & tips. You can tell he really loves his job, he was excited to help us pick out our hardscape & plants. He even gave us a killer deal on an upgraded lighting sytem. Besides the stellar service we recieved, the store was clean, all the fish appeared to be well taken care of & they even have little tidbits on the tanks about the fish. By far this is my favorite fish store we've been to & it makes me happy it's on our side of town.
