This place will scam you. I am selling my house and they did the termite inspection saying there were termites in an attic. I just had the house tented not too long ago, so I was skeptical. I asked for photos and of course they didn’t take any. I called the company who tented the home and they came out, we went up in the attic and the location this company marked as an issue for termites had absolutely no sign of termites.
