I selected this location for my worksman compensation issue. I had no idea what to expect. I went there on Tuesday. A man came and got me. He didn't introduce himself. I asked for his name. He said his name was Lucas. Within 5 minutes of my session, he asked me if I wanted to go to a different location which I thought was very strange and unprofessional.
