Great spot to live! The pro’s: My boyfriend and I lived in the Woolen Mill for 2 years. The apartments are absolutely beautiful with the exposed brick, high ceilings, and big windows! Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner and the staff are very helpful. The facilities (gym, game room, etc.) aren’t used very much which means they are almost always available for use - a nice bonus. Too long, don’t wanna read? We love our home. We’ve been living at the Woolen Mill since October 2021 and we’re SO grateful to be here. The apartment is spacious and airy (which can be expensive in the winter but we weatherize the windows) and the building’s common areas are immaculate. Our grounds and facilities staff are lovely and super helpful. The property manager Tammy is fair, clear, crisp, and timely—everything you’d want in this role.
