This a very beautiful place to live! Picturesque and aesthetically pleasing. Lots of natural light and high ceilings. The maintenance people are on call 24/7 and the office staff are amazing. Tammy especially was very kind and understanding about everything and very responsive. Yes the walls are thin, but nothing a conversation with your neighbours won’t fix.
Don’t try to live here. Signed a lease and was all set to move in, 4 days before we were supposed to move in they cancelled our lease.
Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. Don't let the pretty photos fool you. They will be in your home 24/7--there is absolutely no sense of peace or privacy. The building is poorly maintained and the walls are paper thin. Don't want to get to know your neighbors? Too bad! You'll hear everything they do, and they'll hear everything you do, too. The management consists of some of the most unpleasant people I've ever had to deal with. -10,000/10
Great spot to live! The pro’s: My boyfriend and I lived in the Woolen Mill for 2 years. The apartments are absolutely beautiful with the exposed brick, high ceilings, and big windows! Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner and the staff are very helpful. The facilities (gym, game room, etc.) aren’t used very much which means they are almost always available for use - a nice bonus.
