Quality workmanship, windows and doors that are built to last. Customer service is amazing, Prices do reflect the quality but will last a lifetime. If you go to the xs shop round the back you can pick up some bargains Anthony is super helpfull and very knowlegable.
I purchased 6 double hung timber windows. The quality is amazing with exact measurements in Woodworkers manufacture process. Don't look anywhere else, their quality, customer service and competitive pricing made my purchase so easy. Delivery was a breeze and rather quick. We love our windows.
Extremely disappointed with how this place is run. Management is dishonest and avoids direct questions. It's clear they prioritise saving face over being truthful with customers. Communication is a mess and you can't take anything they say at face value. Save your money and headache. Corey at woodworks created all of our windows and doors throughout the house - we have been restoring an old Queenslander. We are so happy with the quality & Corey has been so easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
The door that arrived did not match the one I ordered. It took weeks to arrive, and since my build is nearing completion, I requested a discount to keep the delivered door. They refused and offered a return instead, which would have left my property unsecured with no front door for weeks — something they were aware of. Ultimately, I was left with a choice: no door, a delay and the cost to temporarily secure the property, or keeping an inferior one and paying full price for it.
