I would not recommend moving here. HVAC systems in the building units are unbearably loud. The appliances are cheaply made, poorly installed, and very noisy.
This developer purchased appliances from Lastman's Bad Boy and this company is notoriously unresponsive to warranty requests. Something to look out for when you consider buying a home from this developer!
