My experiences here at the Woods Of Marlton have been amazing . Ms. Barnes and Ms. Wilson, there is not too much that I can really say; other than these two handle their business. They are kind, patient, and accommodating. If their were anything that you requested they made sure that is was done. They did everything by the book. This is what I really loved about these two amazing women . If you get a chance stop by to get an application . You will not regret it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was easily the most disorganized and frustrating rental application experience I’ve ever gone through. The leasing rep didn’t even introduce herself until nearly two weeks after the application was submitted, and even then, it took multiple follow-ups just to get basic communication. Clear instructions were never given, and when I followed what was said (like submitting paystubs), I was later told I had done things wrong—because suddenly the requirements had changed without warning. ... read more

Ms. Wilson is amazing and a very helpful woman. Very attentive and understanding, whenever I need anything she’s always an amazing help. Thank you for all you do.
Quiet and peaceful complex. Friendly neighbors, staff, and maintenance. Ms. Wilson and Ms. Barnes has been extremely helpful with moving me in into an apartment that fits my needs. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind.
