I went to tour Woods of Marlton Apartments in September 2025 and was immediately greeted by six dead roaches right at the door before even stepping inside. I had my 1-year-old with me, so this was extremely concerning. The apartment itself was spacious but had a strong, old odor — and I found more dead roaches in the bathroom. What’s frustrating is that the leasing office is spotless and smells great, yet they didn’t have the decency to make sure the unit was cleaned before allowing a self-guided tour.
