Ms.Wilson and Ms.Barnes was really good with explaining what is not available and what is available. Aswell as helping with calculating the numbers for how much different apartments will be. Having a better understanding is great for me and I would recommend to come here and the open area is surprisingly comfy and cozy. :)
This community is a nightmare, from leasing staff. (Joseph) i don’t know how he still have a job in customer service, he is very incompetent and doesn’t know what he’s doing, the rental office is sneaky and lies all the time. The property has low lighting, which makes it easy for criminals to roam through the night, breaking into cars or stealing tires. They are VERY sneaky. Applied for an apartment back in late feb/ early march. That sunday I just so happened to check on my application to see it say “application canceled”, there was no explanation as to why it was canceled nor did someone call me and let me know it was cancelled. If i hadn’t went and checked, they wouldn’t have said anything. Thank you - Joseph who helped me move in on a very short notice and now after 4 months its has been a pleasant experience and Joseph reaches out and makes sure everything the is well. I really hope this whole community also takes care of their surroundings and cleaned it does seem like the management is overwhelmed and over worked with very few resources and could use the help
