This place is a hell whole be prepared to see bedbugs, roaches and much more it takes them forever to fix stuff around the apartments.
This place is what I call my hell. To repair anything, good luck. I have been 3 months with no working ac. I had a huge gapeing hole in my kitchen that had water pouring out of it for weeks. Black mold in my kitchen and bathroom. Hmm let me see what else.. I am a good tenant. I have never paid my rent late, I'm not noisy, I am a neat freak so my home is always clean. I've been in a unit since last Fall. The unit they gave me was remodeled. It looks great. I've had a couple of maintenance issues (AC) and they are usually prompt to get it fixed. If it's not fixable in a timely manner, they come up with other solutions to help the situation while it's being worked on. I would/have recommended this complex to friends and family.
RUN, do not turn back !!! The manger thinks she can go in and out of any apt anytime she wants without tell you. She gave the key to my apt to a AC repair man because i wasnt there and when he start working on it he used the key to come in. Scared the crap out of my little boy. Thats one of many things she has done. Also her husband is the maint man. AND im still waiting on a new contract... its been six months. The manger that they say is nice... she no longer works here.
