One of the standout features of this residence is the dedicated staff, particularly Paige and the Maintenance personnel, who go above and beyond to address any concerns promptly. Very nice apt complex till jolyn was property mamanger. Current manager is worse of worst. Most of my neighbors moving out due to her very unprofessional style. After living here for 9 years they charged me move out fees for normal wear n tear and there is no point of asking questions to current manager because she just think she is always right and force you to pay cleaning fee or increase rent as she wish giving corporate rent increase or millions of other reason basically take it leave it, previous manager had a human tou... read more
I lived at The Woods of Cherry Creek for 3 years and loved my experience. The attached garages, ample storage, spacious floor plan, and customized accent wall colors were all things that made this place feel like home. The maintenance team was one of the best teams I have worked with. They are knowledgeable, quick, and really kind people. Why did they raise their pet rent to $50 a month?
Just moved in and was able to rent the perfect floor plan for myself. Move in was smooth, staff is friendly, professional and the property is very well maintained. I love my apartment, it was freshly painted, clean, new appliances, alot of extra storage, carpet in great shape/clean. Amenities are really nice and it's very quiet and serene on this property. Happy to finally of moved here.
