My husband, son and I, recently just moved into a Dabco property. The office staff have been nothing, but helpful and nice with every need or concern we have had. This is honestly, the first time we feel at home, since moving here 5 years ago! And not only that, they gave us $100 worth of free coin operated laundry through an easy Pay range app, you just download on your phone! This is awsome! And I definitely would recommend Dabco Property Mangament if your looking for nice, affordable mold free houseing!

Worst management in Pullman. They are rude and liars. Don't expect to get any of your deposit back. The grounds are a mess. The lights are always out, I sprained an ankle from tripping in the dark. Dogs are always off leash, and no one cleans up after them. If they tell you something, get it in writing. They have no continuity, as they fire their workers often.
Dabco is horrible. Dog feces everywhere, they rent out dirty apartments and charge you for the same dirt, even after they tell you that you don't have to pay. The grounds are unsafe, as the lights are always out and it takes maintenance 6 months to replace them. Most of the tenants are alone and let their dogs run off leash. We had our dogs attacked multiple times by aggressive off leash dogs. One person in our complex had a Nazi flag hanging proudly in their window visible from the street.
