Chronic/invisible illness can make you feel vulnerable, isolated, afraid and extremely misunderstood. Elysia has gone above and beyond to make me feel safe, seen/heard, and honestly cared for. Elysia "gets it." It's such a relief after years of being made to feel like you're the problem when really you're noticing the problem and suffering for it. She makes connections and truly engages with you. She remembers and feels with you and helps you find a cognitive and emotional way out.
If I could I would chat with Elysia EVERYDAY! She has been so supportive during the illness I’m going through as well as helping me manage my crippling anxiety disorder.
