Terrible! The maintenance of the property is horrendous and they take forever to make any repairs. That is if they ever do make them. But they're always ready to collect rent. Avoid These Apartments!

Absolutely ridiculous. I've have payed my bills on time and I have never been late. Every month it's a notice in my door saying that I owe money. That has happened twice. Today I got a knock at my door from a shelby County process server stating that I owe almost 500 dollars. Mind you, I'll only been in the place since February 15! I have all recipets, with the people that work there signing off on them. The people in the office are very incompetent. Oh, and I just got my mail box keys April 21.
