The home I purchased is plagued with poor build quality, leaky roof, flooring coming up, leaky shower, siding issues, gutter issues, the grass or lack of grass/soil and more. They do not stand behind any work as it is performed by contractors. The company doesn’t stand behind what the salesperson sells - fountains in ponds - sales person said yes, but nope!
