The maintenance response is phenomenal and very quick!! Live around this area for quite some time and by far the best experience i had with management!! Love living here!

I was a tenant here for about 10 years, and I can count on one hand the number of times I was late with rent. When I finally left they ripped me off every step of the way, for example I told them verbally I'd be leaving but they said that didn't count and since we finally put it in writing on like the 3rd day of the month that entire month didn't count for the notice.
