Visited this property and liked what i saw. Very well kept and maintained. Humble team that showed us around and prices were good as well. They have updated apartments, better than the others I visited in the same area. Value for money in my opinion.

Do not move here. The manager (Sylvia) is rude and always on a power trip. The management of the complex is shady, they increase the rent at every lease renewal without any updates to the actual apartment units. My guess is they are making residents pay for the security cameras and parking lot updates. Although they let it be known they are not responsible for vehicles being frequently broken into on the property.
