The absolute best apartment package in Troy in-terms of location, space, upkeep and the management. We rented the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit for two years and we love our stay. Woods management is amazing especially Gia and Paul. The apartment itself is very spacious and we loved the open concept living area and kitchen. Update: This is year 5 and we are still extremely happy with everything! Amazing management and maintenance team! Original: We have been living at the woods for over a year and we have been very happy with pretty much everything. It’s very well maintained, safe and very quite. Every single time we needed something to be fixed or replaced, it was taken care of within a day (if not immediately). The entire team is very good at their jobs and Gia is doing an amazing job running the place.
I have lived at The Woods for 2 years now, and I can honestly say the staff here is incredible. From the Gia in the rental office to Paul and his crew. Over a foot of snow over 2 days and the place is spotless. Great job.
Very late review but still leaving one 😂 this community was the first apartment community I lived in upon graduating from RPI back in 2017 until summer 2019. I lived in both building types (the one with stainless steel appliances and the other with normal appliances). Both apartments were very spacious.
