This review is post Enclave. After a bit of a rocky start with Fortified Property Solutions taking over the building, things have improved a lot. The new Property manager Liberty seems to truly care and has helped me with a few issues already. It seems they have plans to improve areas of the building and are now very responsive. The property itself is fantastic and is a solidly built building with great amenities and I never hear my neighbors.
After waiting a few months to settle in, I wanted to share my honest thoughts. Like many, I was hesitant because of the negative reviews about smells, bugs, unresponsive management, and break-ins. However, they were lucky that I had already seen my friends apartment a couple years back and FELL IN LOVE with the beauty and character of their apartment. I have had nothing but a great experience renting from Enclave. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and stress-free, with their team being incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is historic yet modern, well-maintained, and equipped with high-end finishes that truly make it feel like home. The amenities are top-notch. My Daughter Teanna and her boyfriend Carter just moved into these apartments. My husband and other Daughter were there helping them move and stated everyone is so nice there. Would recommend this place to anyone needing an apartment.
Safety & Security: Packages are constantly stolen, building doors are frequently broken, and absolutely nothing is done to address these issues. The building has cameras, yet they claim not to have access to them. This has been going on since before Enclave took over two years ago. How can you have cameras in your building and not be able to access them?
