Have been living at Woodrow for about a year now. I love the building! Has a cool gym and courtyard! Liberty the property manager has been making improvements, she added a mini market and I notice they are improving the grass around the property! She is so easy to get a hold of and maintenance issues are handled very fast. I would highly recommend living here!
Since I have moved in in December I have had a nonstop issue with bugs. I would say on average I kill about ten a day. An exterminator has come twice at my request. However it has gotten to the point where I have not noticed a difference either of the times they have come. It progressively has gotten worse if anything. I reached out wanting more information to break my lease due to this. Unfortunately they request 5 months worth of rent to do so. I moved into this building about 2 months ago, this is a place I can call home! The building is beautiful and soooo clean! Jessica that cleans the building is fantastic, so friendly and helpful. We even have her clean our apartment every 2 weeks. It's great to have that service! Liberty the property manager is great always easy to get a hold of and response within 2 hours most of the time in 10 minutes!! My sister had a scheduled appointment at 2:30 PM to tour Woodrow Apartments. She left work early and picked her daughter up from school so she could make it to the appointment on time. We arrived promptly at 2:30, rang the doorbell twice, and called multiple times with no response. While waiting, we checked her email and saw conflicting messages, one stating the appointment needed to be rescheduled due to another booking, and another asking us to confirm the 2:30 appointment. Well, I have lived at Woodrow since April of 2020. Four management companies in 6 years, and while problems clearly existed before; this team currently in place (Jessica & Liberty) keep this place very clean, & move with a responsiveness to concerns that every tenants can appreciate.
