My Daughter Teanna and her boyfriend Carter just moved into these apartments. My husband and other Daughter were there helping them move and stated everyone is so nice there. Would recommend this place to anyone needing an apartment.
Safety & Security: Packages are constantly stolen, building doors are frequently broken, and absolutely nothing is done to address these issues. The building has cameras, yet they claim not to have access to them. This has been going on since before Enclave took over two years ago. How can you have cameras in your building and not be able to access them? This is the third time I have posted a review of this building. I have lived here since 2020, and my brother lived in this unit before I did. The several changes to the apartment management company have brought several cases of my lease being rewritten without my knowledge (until renewal came around, thank god for paper copies) and constant badgering for more and more and more money. Responded scarcely to calls, I was ghosted several times with showings. They're slowly removing luxury amenities while keeping the luxury rental pricing.
