Man please make sure.you do an inspection before buying, I specifically asked if there was any damage to the home and was told, " not to our knowledge." By seller and management.....turns out they knew of a water leak and did not disclose that to me. Very nice and quiet, great place to live. We'll maintained and kept. **UPDATE: Nice place to live, accept that you pay for fees like it's an HOA. The amount you pay should include lawn services, and not them charging if you don't mow on their schedule or when they think you should.
On 3-31-2020 I bought and signed the paper work on a mobile home at the Woodlands on south Meridian in Wichita Kansas. After signing I ask the young lady (who is still working there) about the 2 free months of lot fees that they were offering with each home they sold. Much to my surprise I was told that since I signed the paperwork on the 31st of the month that it would count as the first free month and that the first month that I had to pay rent was on 5-1-2020, I thought a month was consider 30 days not 1.
