I’ve lived at this property before and it’s one of the nicest looking properties they have( in my opinion)!
A freaking JOKE $600 lot rent is literally robbing people. Dont forget to mow your lawn they charge you $50 onto an already finalized monthly statement, the week rent is due.. grimey and PATHETIC
UPDATE: 12/2025 LOT RENT FOR 2026 IS $545 per month, well over $100 more than when I moved here in 2020. CAUTION: My place was shot through with 6, 9MM rounds. My grandchildren were in the room those bullets went through not 12 hours before the incident occurred. Law Enforcement counted many more rounds outside on the ground when the incident occurred. Me and my fiancé been here since March of 2026 and we have been without water so many times it ain’t funny at least once EVERY week. I finally go to the office and the lady was rude and basically said it’s due to all the Mobile homes being brought in. Ok fine but why punish those who live here and PAY RENT?! We still need water too. It would be fine if it was every so often for a few hours, but again it’s once a week for at least eight to more hours. That’s a very inconvenience. I’ve been renting one of the newer homes, and although it has had a few issues, maintenance always comes out in a timely manner. I think the best decision this community made since I’ve moved in, was bringing Kayla over… she’s extremely knowledgeable and PROFESSIONAL. She doesn’t talk bad about you with maintenance or gossip about you and I think that speaks volumes! I hope she stays for the remainder of my lease for sure!
