Absolutely awesome. The staff is fantastic. They are professional, caring, and willing to help at any time. The grounds are beautiful and kept up. Never have a problem getting a spot at the pool, or in the workout room. Everything is kept neat and clean. It's great they have the maintenance mgr. living on premise because you can tell he cares about where he lives. They also have some great activities for residents. Love the design too and the way the apartments are arranged. Very nice.

Excellent Staff! By far a superb property in great location. Close enough to the waterway, mall, bars, restaurants but far enough way to be separated from the busy streets. well maintained grounds, pool is rockin on the weekends but staff does a good job of following up almost hourly regarding unauthorized users and switching glass out with red plastic cups.
The team working here is amazing!! They really care about people.
I love these apartments! I have lived here since the woodlands lodge was first built and I couldn't be happier. The staff is always efficient and very personable. I highly recommend living here... Best complex around hands down!!
The office courtesy, facilities and apartment were always A level, but we had bad luck with a neighbor that had late night argues and even police called over sometimes. We believe that the administration took too long to moved those folks out even after several complains from everyone in the complex.
