I would say a main down side is the pool amenities are not big enough for the community that lives there let alone owners and renters handing out there spare access cards to there friends and family who don’t live there and they can come and go to the pools as they please. I understand they can bring guests but to give out their spare access cards so their friends and family can freely use it when they don’t live there I don’t think is right.

This review is from a prospective Southern Californian moving to Houston mid 2024.This is a review of the community (not the builders or developers). We spent a total of 4 days concentrating in the north part of Houston focusing only in new Forested/Woods themed master planned communities.
