This is the second time I tried counseling here. The first time, I had a bad experience with a therapist who they have since let go. This time, I liked my therapist, but the front office staff and the management have been dishonest and dismissive. I have been seeing Chantel for a little over a month now and this is the most work I’ve done in therapy in my 8 years of seeing a therapist. I walk out feeling a weight off my shoulders, highly recommend! So thoughtful and caring, never feels like I’m a burden or being rushed out

Update 9/9/2022: 10 MONTHS LATER… We just received a check in the mail. The amount of time and effort spent for a simple reimbursement - and total lack of response on Ms. Smith’s part to resolve is by far the worst we’ve ever seen. She repeatedly ignored calls, emails and letters from United Healthcare - for what reason other than to be difficult? Would have been nice to charge interest for the money she basically held hostage.
