Garrett just left our home for an independent evaluation of our current system , assessment of repairs and possible replacement of the system. Garrett is honest, logical, offered free guidance and presented reasonable cost effective solutions to solve our current issues. His prices are in-line/less than competitors. Plan on using his services and encourage others to contact him and work with him. Great young man, honest and trustworthy!

We're repeat customers of The Comfort King, and we trust them wholeheartedly. Garrett, their tech, really went above and beyond during his recent visit. He spent plenty of time analyzing our A/C issue and was refreshingly honest about our options. Instead of pushing expensive solutions, he guided us to what would truly work for our situation. We’ve been on their maintenance checkups with Garrett and we finally decided to replace our system and do so other needed work. Garrett is so friendly and thorough. We definitely appreciate him.

Called to see if A/C could be repaired or get an estimate for replacement. Asked if it was free to come out, was told yes then got charged a diagnosis fee of $100.00 and instead of the service man telling me this at my home which I could have paid him he sends me an invoice with a processing fee added. His lack of being clear and having hidden fees caused me to go somewhere else to get my whole system replaced.
