I met with Sarah and she did an amazing job explaining their wide variety of services. Professional and knowledgable, highly recommend!
Extremely frustrating experience today due to a scheduling error by Alejandra. My appointment was booked for a day when the doctor does not even work. On top of that, the office doors are usually open early, but instead I was left sitting outside waiting for someone to arrive with no communication or explanation. This was a complete waste of my time and shows a serious lack of attention to basic scheduling and patient coordination. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Molly Thomason. She evaluated by son for ADHD and did such a phenomenal job on his neuropsychological evaluation. I don't live in the Woodlands, but I drove out to see her because I wanted a high-quality evaluation. I also would like to add that I highly recommend Dr. Kat Cohn for parent training/coaching. She and I completed our PhDs together, and we trained together at Texas Children's Hospital. I refer to her regularly for parenting support related to disruptive behavior, ADHD,... read more
I had direct involvement with James Zettel’s work in a legal matter and later watched him testify under oath. In court, he acknowledged actions that were inconsistent with the laws and professional rules that govern his role. In my direct experience, I requested reasonable accommodations related to my neurological disability, and he refused to provide them. Do not trust this place. Their staff sent me multiple scam links today through their official email addresses. These people are supposed to be keeping our information confidential and can’t even keep their emails from getting hacked?
