Horrible place, We’ve lived here close to two years and we’ve had a ROACH and RAT problem ever since the day we moved in. We’ve had people come spray multiple times and nothing. We’re very clean people and they still come. You’ll also see rats laying around dead as your walking around the apartment outside. You call them people in the office and it takes them weeks to get rid of them inside your home finally. Worst place you could live and what a waste of money. RecommendedI've lived here for 2 years and I'm very happy! The inside of my apartment is modern and roomie. The pools are gorgeous and the gym is in the process of expanding. The grounds are maintained daily and are gorgeous. The best part are the amazing office and maintenance staff! They are helpful, kind and take care of maintenance needs immediately! Great location as well! Located near a variety of restaurants, banks, stores and walking trails.
I had families live here and always enjoyed the amenities this complex had to offer. I currently live here and enjoy the space and the price for my unit.
I’ve been here a year and a half and it’s been a great place to live. I’ve never seen a bug of any kind in my unit not even spiders . The grounds are mowed and cleaned every week, trees everywhere ! My area is quiet and park like. Maintenance responds within 48 hours of any request I have ever had. The pools are great and when the new construction for the larger gym is done I have no doubt that will be as easy to access as the old smaller one was.
Nice community, clean, pet friendly, nice neigghbors.
Woodlands Maintenance team is great. There is never a long wait time for repairs.
I fell in love with these apartments when I first saw them but then the horrible reviews scared me away from moving in. Eventually I just went with my gut and moved in and it's been the BEST DECISION I ever made! I love my unit. I love my neighbors. I love the management. I just love the woodlands apt!
