I would give a higher review since I have shopped at Vera Bradley etc. But, my money will not be going here anymore until Pet Fair is removed.
I love the mall, but will not go back as long as the management thinks it is ok to sell and treat animals the way they do at Pet Fair. It has been brought to their attention for years. I bought my cocker spaniel there about 2 and a half years ago and spent thousands of dollars in vet bills to get her well and went to the management then and friends have went to them now. I went in there to talk to the store as well and there were other dogs who were throwing up and chest caving in and the employee told me they had a cold eve... read more
Will boycott this Mall until Pet Fair gets shut down. The sick puppies in there are being allowed to be bought. They are duck and stressed and are not being cared for. It is a disgrace to keep this horrible place open. Shut it down!!

It is infuriating to see a pet store that has animals in distress! This is 2018! Why is this still happening?! Pair Fair should be shut down!! I have avoided the mall since I moved here because of this store. I will continue to shop else where. I will teach my children why this is wrong and I will continue to be outspoken about this issue. The Woodlands Mall should be ashamed. Pet Fair should be shut down permanently!
This mall allows a pet store who buys puppies from puppy mills to operate. The animals are not adequately taken care of and live in awful conditions. To allow this to happen in a state where shelters are so full that large numbers of animals must be euthanized for space daily is greedy and disgusting. I will boycott this mall until they do the right thing.
The mall allows a pet store to sell animals that may be ill and may be kept in poor conditions. Many bad reviews of Pet Fair by customers and former employees. Reports of neglectful and irresponsible care that allows animals to remain sick and be exposed to sick animals. The mall is better than this. Please do not renew the lease for Pet Fair.
The puppies at Pet Fair are given shredded paper as bedding we can't see the urine and feces but the pups have to sleep on it. Many had turds mashed into their fur. One sheepdog pup had its nose in the corner and was visible miserable. The white of his fur was yellow urine soaked. This made me so angry. This place needs to be shut down.
I've lived in the woodlands for a year.I've never been to your mall, and as long as there is a "Pet Store" that sells sick and diseased puppies for 1000$+ I never will.. Pet Fair is nothing but a store front Puppy mill and needs to be shut down..I will be contacting the local media along with proper government officials. The fact that they pay their rent on the backs of over bred caged animals does not make it ethical or right. It's time for The Woodlands mall management to get rid of this store...it is not an "Attraction" to s... read more
