Pet Fair needs to go!!! I don’t know how any of you execs sleep at night knowing you allow that kind of an establishment to operate. Shame on you!!! Pet Fair needs to be shut down immediately!! Horrible treatment of animals and Pet Fair sells very sick animals to customers for outrageous prices!

If you want your hair permed don’t go here. These people turned me twice to perm my hair. Especially that manager Mark in The Woodlands area. At first they said it will damage my hair. This time I was even willing to give consent in case damage on my hair happens which is very unlikely to happen because I know for sure my hair quality can withstand heavy perming. He agreed to schedule me but he changed his mind in just 2 min just like that. Companies that are successful can turn down people and make us really very unhappy on... read more

This mall has a lot of great stores and i always receive wonderful service when I choose to shop there. However, the kiosk workers have become overwhelming and quite honestly horrible. I would love to shop without people practically yelling at me to come see a product I am not interested in or shoving a flyer or business card in my face. Things like this make a fun shopping trip close to unbearable. Please have your kiosk operators stop harassing customers. If we are interested, we will walk up and ask questions.
