Great ammenities and great for pet lovers The pool, the walking trail, the multiple dog parks, the gym, club house, .... Best amennities in the area And the team is the best, always helpfull, even when I locked my self out saturday nite :)

Wanted to let you know the complaint policy doesn't exist. It depends if the property manager if she likes you or not. I asked where the policy is written and she couldn't give me any anything. I asked so how many complaint letters do you get before the 7 day notice. She said "when its "cured". This place is run with people who are not certified property managers. The Property Management is terrible. They don't enforce any of the tenant rules that are listed in the lease. They lock the door during Hours of Operation and act like they are closed. When new tenants move-in and are inconsiderate they let then get away with letting their dog shit and piss on the deck knowing there are openings in the deck, and let them say it was an accident and take it to small claims court.. Highly recommendable Treated nicely great clubhouse with pool, cinema and even a golf simulator. Excellent neighbours. Personally I have a dog and it is great as there is dog park and there are many other dogs. Also a smoking area which is execellent.

You have to experience it to believe it! These units are so poorly constructed that you can hear everything and anything from above. It literally sounds like the ceiling will come down when people are living upstairs from you. If you have a child above you; forget it, you have to deal with your dishes and glasses shaking! People have NO idea what they sound like above or they simply do not care. One of the biggest mistakes ever made was deciding to live here. There are also no way near enough parking spots to units. Amazing staff & place to live I highly recommend The Woodlands looking for a safe, clean, beautiful apartment to live in. Recently divorced and came from a large home, I thought I’d feel out of place but that never happened. My neighbors are great, the maintenance staff is extremely helpful, and admin staff was considerate of my personal needs. Wonderful place to live
