Won't refund a gift certificate my wife attempted to use at a location they sold in December 2019. Their dispute is with that operator, not with me. Have contacted 3x's and they just keep promising to send the money back, but to no avail.

WOW!!! My husband scheduled a pampering time for me today (desperately needed). My experience was even better than a very well known spa resort in Tucson, Arizona (you know the one). As always, I was greeted with genuine smiles and was whisked away to change into my robe and sandals. A lovely glass of bubbly was waiting for me in the relaxing room praline to my facial. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! I booked a Swedish massage & was given the most painful hard massage I have ever had. I had to cancel my facial for after because I was so sore. The manager was not friendly & basically told me to bad. I drive an hour and half each way and was so excited when my husband bought me a $350 gift card!! Do not go!! I still can’t move and feel Horrible now my back is out! I can’t stand or sit without horrible pain. Off to the doctor tomorrow
