The experience was mediocre at best for the price. The lounge where you wait says no phones everywhere and everyone was on their phone. Which honestly I wouldn’t have cared about had I brought mine but didn’t do to the signs and people were also being super loud. Made it hard to relax. I made sure to come in 25 minutes early but somehow they forgot to check me in so when my masseuse came he said that they forgot about me and that we’d be starting late so we’d finish late and I’d stacked my appointments. The massage was wonderful but pricey. They listened to my instructions about pressure and my masseuse was great. The chill room is lovely but there is construction next door which made it not so chill.
I love the ambiance and the elegance of this place. Locker room is really small and prices are very expensive, similar to a high end resort. Save for a special occasion!
