They were having AC work done literally in the next room when I was getting my treatment. My poor therapist was frustrated and it made my experience so NOT relaxing. So disappointed in management’s decision not to reschedule appointments around this extremely noisy work being done. Nothing was done even after my therapist went out of the room To complain. I have had multiple treatments done here but will never be back. The thoughtlessness of the management/service team was astounding! I will never go back!
