I am not one to leave reviews, let alone a bad one but I had a horrible experience here this past weekend. I booked a 110 minute Woodhouse Escape treatment and only got 45 mins of it (apparently the clock “broke”) with no apology and only an offer (initially) of 25% off the service (because the therapist still did all the “things” in the treatment). Got a massage for my birthday. As a regular mother I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Beautiful spa.
Loved my first visit. Enjoyed the seasonal massage. The seaweed eye compress exceeded my expectations. Lovely accommodations including a fantastic locker room, beautiful quiet room and plenty of beverages to choose from including champagne, infused water and a variety of teas. Everyone was exceptionally professional and friendly.
What an amazing morning at Woodhouse- Avalon with Lana! The Woodhouse Escape was just the relaxing experience I was looking for! Lana was so professional, thoughtful, and skilled at her craft.
