Will never go back! Went for a wax that was 75$ when I could have done it somewhere else that would have been for 30$!!! Wax was beyond awful. Very disappointing!! Of course they didn’t clean it up because it would take an hour to get the warmers hot. Scheduled a facial because I was SUPPOSE to get a call the next day with a discount! Never did!! Worst spa house ever !!!!!! They have a 24 hr cancellation policy but don’t call their customers back when they say will!
I absolutely love the Woodhouse! It is one of my favorite places to go at the end of the week!! I always look forward to a spa that is always clean, beautiful, and relaxing! The services are always professional! There is really no need to go anywhere else for any of your spa services, as you will always have quality services at the Woodhouse! The Woodhouse is my “me time” go to place! The customer service is amazing!! I’ve gone for years. I go for facials, pedicures, massages, you name it and I’ve done it. Every aspect and service is fabulous! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The services and atmosphere are by far superior than anywhere. I try to go once a week to decompress and enjoy some quiet and relaxing time to myself. This place is by far more than exceptional it’s fabulous. Thank you Woodhouse for always taking care of me!
