I booked a massage and facial on September 21st for a specific date (October 3rd @11) to have while visiting family in Lubbock. I even followed up via email and gave my credit card # to have on file. They lost my appointment saying they had no record of me booking and said they didn’t receive my email.
Great, relaxing afternoon with professional, friendly staff. Great way to spend a hot summer afternoon.
Absolutely fantastic experience every time we go. We’ve had pedicures, facials, Swedish and deep tissue massages, and ALL have been fabulous. Professional staff with AMAZING products. If you haven’t tried Honey Heel Glaze or cozied up in the best spa robes ever, you are missing out! A self-care treat worth splurging on!
