My boyfriend and I came together for a duet massage. The therapists were awesome! The service was awesome! I have no complaints! We will definitely be coming again and again!

Visited on Friday for a treat to myself before my 30th...had a wonderful time! The staff was warm and welcoming, and upon my departure, there was a birthday bundtlet at the front desk for me. Can't wait to go back!
I have been a few times on their best day I would say they are ok. Not great for the price we pay. However today was awful! The massage therapist could not make it work on time 10 am.! i got ether 15 minutes before my appointment. They called the therapist when I arrived. Do people really not know what time to be at work? There are schedules! and when I walked out at 10;15 I think it was her walking in. Think about how much you pay for the services and are we really getting what we pay for. The massages in the past have been superb, I would not recommend the "signature manicure" to anyone.
You couldn't get me to set foot inside this place again if you PAID ME. I am a manicurist myself and went there with a gift certificate. This place charges outrageous prices for services that are mediocre at best. After the first few minutes there...it becomes clear that you are not dealing with Lubbock's best and brightest. I met some of the most rude and unprofessional people that I've ever had the displeasure to meet.
