Yesterday was my first time at woodhouse AND my first sweddish massage! I walked in and was greeting in a friendly and professional manner. I was nervous. I drank a yummy mamosa while I waited. My massouse arrived and easily made me feel comfortable. By the end of my massage i was conpletely relaxed and at ease. The only downside was having to go home to a 2 year old. Lol, but really, i got home and I just melted in to the couch!
First time to visit. Daniella and Monica were great and i look forward to coming back!
Will possibly change this IF they address the issue. My two daughters bought a gift card for Mother's Day... After weeks of waiting and no gift card in mail my daughter called... She was assured it would be mailed... Somehow, it got misplaced. I waited and waited....STILL NOTHING. She called back... This time the front girl forgot to put her on hold as she complained about my daughter calling and inquiring... This time she was told it would be mailed that day... Had a gift certificate from my mom and was having some back pain, was able to schedule an appointment and see Dave. Excellent therapist, terrific pressure, and used some stretching and contract/relax techniques that helped tremendously. Thank you so much Dave!!
