This gym has been a major disappointment. The facility is rarely clean, with the changing rooms in particular being poorly maintained. The steam room is constantly out of order and always “under maintenance,” yet nothing ever seems to get fixed. The operating hours are another big issue closing at 9 PM on a Friday is completely unreasonable for a gym. It’s frustrating and shows a lack of consideration for members’ schedules. Steam room is always broken
The Woodbridge Club is a very clean and well-maintained gym with respectful staff. There is also plenty of space and equipment, which makes it easy to get in a workout. I've been training here for the past six weeks with Abtin and the progress has been great. He listens to his clients' goals and provides realistic expectations and workouts. I highly recommend him to anyone starting their fitness journey!
I joined this gym because it used to be few people there now it’s crowded like chicken shed specially after 4, Avoid this gym if you wanna breathe!
