Had high hopes based on reviews, got there to find a fresh pallet of exactly what I needed, was only doing a small project, asked the guy for two lengths off that pallet cut into various sizes, I didn't watch him pick the pieces (which I absolutely should have), he palmed off on me one piece that was half sodden and black mouldy and one that was more twisted than a curly wurly, the second piece being completely useless as not one of its surfaces was flat and I haven't got time to wet it and wait for it to dry again (even if... read more
Been here today customer service 👍bought a mantle shelf and fittings for above my range cooker told it was easy to fit mantle was carried to car he made it looked like balsa wood 😂 its not 😂

Easy place to find and good selection of products. We could look through their stock and hand pick what we wanted. Would definitely go back if we need more scaffolding boards
