RecommendedGreat service..They fixed our gas fireplace within 1 day for half the price of another company that quoted us. And the worker was so nice and personable and knew his business. Highly recommend.
My recent experience with this place was the professional installation job by their guys, Charlie and Oscar. They were the absolute best . Personable, knowledgeable and just so helpful all around. They even came back a week later to clean the glass for me on my direct vent fireplace. I appreciated it. Would recommend this place and ask for these two men! They deserve a nice Christmas bonus!
We had a representative from this store come out to our location to evaluate & recommend a stove. After discussing different models & heating capacity with the representative & then again with Josh over the phone we decided to purchase the castle pellet stove MBK. He assured us that this unit was more then enough to heat our garage. The garage is 432 square feet & was told it would heat a space 3 to 4 times as large. I bought a fantastic Jotul wood burning stove that got me through ten days no power w Sandy and is a supplemental heating source this cold winter. Zero out last night w windchill. Great store and terrific consultation.
