I recently had The Wood Floor Store LLC, Stan Reeves, assist me with choosing the flooring, kitchen backsplash and fireplace stone. To sum it up, the overall experience was easy, professional, and just delightful! He was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Their showroom is the best I have ever seen. Fast forward just a few months later I am now, retired and sitting in this new home, and feeling unbelievably blessed and happy for the support and help Stan provided. Stan, you made a difference. I appreciate it.
Cassie was most helpful in helping us make choices. We love the new floor. Good price. Very satisfied with the installers. Our existing floor presented some challenges that were unforeseen but the store management and the installers were customer focused and helped us work through them.
