Got a quote from this guy because I heard rattling in the muffler area of my truck. He looked at it and told me I had loose components on the inside of my muffler and quoted me around $239 for a new muffler. He had a very smug attitude, told me I had to drop my truck off, and I needed to make an appointment. Because of his smug attitude, I decided to go with what I knew, and that was economy mufflers on University Ave. They looked at the muffler, and asked me if I heard rattling.
