I’ve a had a few repairs done here over the years. high quality work and really fair pricing. Just had my catalytic converter replaced, he used an off the shelf converter which saved a huge chunk of change. Old school straight forward communication. You might get an answering machine when you call while he works on vehicles, leave a message and he will call back quite promptly.
Got a quote from this guy because I heard rattling in the muffler area of my truck. He looked at it and told me I had loose components on the inside of my muffler and quoted me around $239 for a new muffler. He had a very smug attitude, told me I had to drop my truck off, and I needed to make an appointment. Excellent service for all your muffler related needs. Welding also.
He asked that I turn in my car before 9AM. I turned it in around 7:30AM. It’s been almost 7 hours and he still hasn’t even touched my car. He did a good job but why make me turn in my car before a certain time when you can’t even work on it until 7 hours later. Couldn’t even wait in the lobby that they have.
TGK recommended I bring my vehicle here, it was immediately obvious I was at the right place when I got there.
