Bad billing practrices. Booked thru mychart where it states they accept Aetna well not the Aetna I have charged for out of networks over 700 for an exam. Had to go on payment plan they have been taking payment for 3 months then I get a final notice.
I have been a patient of Dr Cook for over 10 years. Recently, their office has decided that Dr. Ralsten’s reputation is more important than their patient care. Someone that DID NOT comment on a post of theirs was dismissed from their practice at almost 30 weeks pregnant because they “thought” it was her that commented. In my opinion, they should be more concerned about abandonment of patients than they are about the possibility of someone not liking their physician. My experience has been a horrible one with this provider my 4th child and my most stressful one Dr.Quinn is racist and she picks and chooses whom she allows in the practice based on her staff and their nasty comments and me being a black woman received some nasty treatment from her staff. A lot of her staff dropped the ball with my prenatal care and she covers them fully. If you are black I would not recommend them they are just about money and not your care. I have been coming here for years and have always had a wonderful experience! Whenever I have had a question and had to leave a VM, the nurse always gets back to me or I can message her on the Piedmont portal which is really convenient. I have dealt with Dr. Ralsten, Dr. Quinn, Dr. Bray and Dr. Carter with Dr. Quinn being my primary doctor. All have treated me with excellent care.
