The nurses we had were amazing.. Rachel Stratman, RN you will always have a special place in our heart. Thank you so very much for helping my daughter get our Lil guy here..
Everyone was very nice but the wait in the er was horrible there were doctors and nurses sitting at the desk laughing and talking after they said we were released to go home it took us 1 hour and 46 minutes to get our release papers then we finally had to ask and the doctor and nurse that took care of us was no where to be found then we leave and had to go all the way back because they didn't give my son work papers after they say he couldn't work for three days WOW not good needs improvement 😞😞😞
I thought they were really rude. The dr. Stated that we received paper work on exercises and did not. The nurse D was very rude and short. I walked out after explaining to nurse about his meds. The receptionist was also very short. WEST SIDE PAIN
Hands down it's the best hospital I have ever been in as a patient or an employee. Proud to be an employee at TWH!!
The infusion center is wonderful! The nurses are super sweet and amazing, it makes getting an infusion much easier. The hospital food could be better, but grateful for a meal during my infusion.
They were very friendly and professional and answer any questions I had.
