I don’t know if people were having an off day or what, but the ultrasound technician was dismissive towards me, and almost seemed to hint like there should be no reason that I should have any pain anywhere and incorrectly spoke about something that had nothing to do with my visit there today. With people having a lot of different health conditions and this being an intimate area that is being tested I would think people would have a little bit more compassion and a better attitude. Don’t recommend this location.
CS Imaging makes the whole experience pleasant. They are flexible and accommodating.
I have had four mammograms here and have had great experiences every time. The staff is helpful and courteous. The last three years I have had Ally as my tech, and she is exceptional! She is kind, patient, thorough, and explains things every step of the way. She makes you feel so comfortable that you almost forget you're getting a mammogram! I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility.
