Really hard to get ahold of. Currently 33 weeks pregnant and have been on hold for extremely long times whenever I tried setting up another appointment (I transferred from another cox and they made me completely start over as a new patient even though I was in the system so I didn't even get an actually appointment the first time which was a huge waste). The front staff is great, and I’ve heard lots of great things about their OB’s. Unfortunately I chose the wrong one and am unable to switch. If you have to go here, do not choose Ballman. Huge mistake and it’s cost me plenty of money and my health.
I have been going to the women’s center since my baby was born about 7 weeks ago. We had issues with weight gain and they were amazing to help us find solutions. We had to get a tongue and lip tie released. I called to let them know so I could be added to our info. The consultant called me back to check on how we were doing later that afternoon!
