I have had mixed experiences with doctors here but my main issue is the lack of access to help when trying to call. I have been dropped from calls after being first in line 5+ times and was unable to leave a voicemail after the automated message gave me the option, it did not allow for it. As a result I have been unable to get my birth control refilled (after I was told it would be on automated refill for the first year which also proved untrue). I truly felt very comfortable and I’m glad I chose this place. The girl from the lab explained everything she was going to do with great kindness and precision. Dr. Forde Kelly kindly addressed all of my questions, she is the best!. The girls at the front desk are really very kind, they did their best to arrange my appointments so I could attend. PLEASE READ! TLDR : The staff at this establishment have no empathy or compassion and management lacks the care to follow up on patient concerns. Let me also add that they do not care about informed consent or explaining abnormal results to their patients. ... Dr. Kareem is great. She really knows her stuff and is always proactive in my care.
This is by far the worst experience I have had with a medical facility. After booking appointments months in advance due to the offices negligence ( not scanning my form or sending my prescription) I have now had to reschedule my birth control removal and insertion TWICE and am still UNABLE to receive it. My birth control has been expired for over a month. This is not the political climate for you to be playing with women’s contraceptive care.
