I’ve have a great experience with Dr. Kareem and the Women’s Center. I’ve been a patient for women’s health and for pregnancy, and have found the staff to be very courteous and helpful, a great experience with the ultrasound techs, and really appreciate Dr. Kareem’s insights and guidance.
Absolute worst at communication. They don’t answer calls or return voicemails. They don’t return portal messages until 4 days later. It takes 2 weeks to get blood test results and even then, they won’t make them available to you until you talk to them in person (sucks when you have a $90 copay). You can’t have anyone in the lobby with you. You are told that they’ll go get your significant other after you robe up but then they don’t so now your SO has no clue what went on in the room or what was said. Was nervous going in but Dr Kareem was just wonderful and made me feel so comfortable and listened to. Can't recommend enough! The front desk girl Avery was also super sweet and accommodating
