Not proud of it at all, but I was a patient of this facility within the past month. The facility was clean and easy to find and the staff was kind, helpful and I was educated on what to expect. Of course, I did my own homework too before I started this whole process. The only surprise that I didnt plan for was being 'TOO EARLY' for the medical abortion. Very professional clinic. Although, having an abortion is an unpleasant and scary experience, the members of the staff at the Women's Center were comforting and nurturing. The wait for the surgical abortion was over three hours but there were a large number of women seeking abortions. The procedure lasted for 3-5 minutes and was slightly uncomfortable. Besides cramping and light bleeding, I have had relatively few symptoms.
Wouldn't recommend. Waited 6 hours while my girlfriend wasent even being attended to in the room. Stayed for a total of 12 hours. Go to another location if you can
I think it's very odd that every post that has recommended this place has used the same sort-of words. "During this difficult time".. I think this place is placing false positive feedback. Changing offices tomorrow.
DO NOT GO HERER!!!! I was tortured here and the doctor looked like he was a mountain man and was looking into my eyes why he hurt me very bad! I was screaming at the top of my lungs and he told me to shut up and not to make another sound. Sadly I got preg again and had to go back and they wont let me back in bc of what happen with the doctor, I would not go here they are very bad people.
Do not listen to these people who say they aren't licensed. If they weren't they would be shut down. They have been open for 32 years. Ask them to show you their license, I promise they will. I had a good experience with this facility. They were polite in this very difficult time.
TRAUMATIZED !!!!!! && THEY'RE NOT LICENSED !!! – As hard of a decision it is to have an abortion, staff was rude the SECOND I walked in the door, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL made me feel very unwelcomed, like I was a piece of crap for getting pregnant and not having a baby, and definitely did NOT live up to their promise " we will make you as comfortable as possible during this hard time ". Professional. – The staff was helpful and knowledgeable during a very difficult time. The only thing I have to complain about is the over bearing "Christians" outside of the building trying to stop you from making a decision that is difficult. It felt like they would bomb the building if they had the chance. Once inside the clinic, yes, it is crowded. And yes, you feel like a piece of trash for what you're about to do. Don't go – I went to the women's center about three months ago. It was crowded and the place made me very uncomfortable. the counselor was not very helpful and failed to warn me about all the side effects. I continued to bl**d for days after the surgery and had to call in to work and eventually go to the hospital. As a result, i went through a huge ordeal and what i thought would be quick and private became something long and drawn out that i couldn't hide from my family and friends. i do not recommend this place.
