My experience with Barbara was nothing short of unprofessional. Barbara advertised an eating disorder group that would include meal support. She explained that each participant would be required to work with a dietitian and bring appropriate meals to group. The group begins and low and behold, some participants are not working with a team and are bringing meals that are not compliant by any means. Barbara says nothing. Frankly I am sick of having my reviews deleted and of seeing fake 5 star reviews which boost this practice's rating. I have written TWO DIFFERENT reviews about my time in therapy with Barbara Reese and both have been taken down and a slew of false ratings were put up all in the same couple of weeks. Barbara Reese is unprofessional and unqualified. She would often visibly be on the verge of falling asleep. I went here two years ago, I can not explain how much I HATED going. I would lose weight to aggravate her, and it did work. I eventually convinced my parents to stop me from letting us go there anymore. Barbra is someone that doesn't recognize her audience, or how to help a young vulnerable girl as she would have McDonalds on her desk. But without my hatred, and anger against Barbra I wouldn't have been accepted into my top schools writing my college essay with her included. Counseling and DBT is provided for the entire family. Their mission and passion is ensuring your family's wholeness and happiness. Getting started was the hardest part, but I feel blessed to have found a place that fits my personality and my needs.
